A Son's Perspective on His Father's Blog...

My son asked me to make my blogs more interesting. He stated that it needed some action or news that people are talking about!

He suggested some people may want to hear about the following questions:

- Why do people want raises or Why am I not getting a bigger raise?

- Why am I not getting hired for a certain position?

- Why am I not advancing in the organization?

- Why do some people with the exact same job have more responsibility than I do?
