It is great to see that you are measuring ...Scott,<br /><br />It is great to see that you are measuring the health of your organization using quality data in addition to financial data. <br /><br />Over the last few years our hospitals have used a balanced scorecard to measure organization health. The challenge is getting the quality data with the same discipline that we are able to gather financial data. This is the reason that I believe many hospitals have tended to focus on financial data.
